If Windows shows « Windows protected your PC » after downloading: click « More info », then « Run anyway ». JOWD is digitally signed by FEYNX SRL — this warning fades as the software builds reputation.
If macOS refuses to open the file: open System Settings → Privacy & Security, then click « Open anyway » under the JOWD message. The application is notarised by Apple.
Some antivirus software quarantines the file out of caution. Check your antivirus quarantine and restore the file, or add an exception for JOWD-Setup.exe / JOWD.dmg. You can verify file integrity with the SHA-256 fingerprints shown on the download page.
Professional networks sometimes block executable files. Try another connection (4G/5G, home), or ask your IT department to allow download.jowd.be. Downloading on another computer and transferring via USB always works.
The files are roughly 240 to 265 MB. On an unstable connection, simply restart the download: modern browsers resume where it stopped.
