Go to /download and download the version for your system (macOS .dmg or Windows .exe).
On first launch, a pop-up asks for your licence key (format JOWD-XXXXXXXXXX). Copy and paste the key received by email after purchase and click OK.
The key is remembered: you only need to enter it once per computer.
A second pop-up asks you to choose the destination folder. Documents will be saved in that folder.
After starting, a Chromium browser automatically opens on JustOnWeb. Sign in with itsme as usual.
Once signed in, open your court case file yourself in the browser. The application then takes over and will:

Expansion usually takes only a few seconds. Do not close the browser window.
Once expansion is complete, downloading begins automatically. Each document is saved in:
Re-run the export to the same destination folder at any time: documents already downloaded are detected and skipped, and only the documents added to the case since your last run are fetched. Ideal for following a case file that grows over time — and for resuming without losing anything after an interruption.
In the folder you chose, faithfully reproducing the tree structure of your court case file (folder → sub-folders → documents). Example:
Documents are not dumped in bulk: the tool rebuilds the same tree structure as on JustOnWeb (folder → sub-folders → documents). You get your court case file reproduced identically, locally.
During the export, a small floating panel stays visible: it shows the current document and progress, and offers three actions — Pause, Resume and Stop. The export can be paused and then resumed without losing anything.
