- What is the difference between 1 computer and 2 computers?
- The 1 computer plan activates the application on a single computer. The 2 computers plan allows you to use the same licence on two computers simultaneously (e.g. office PC + laptop).
- How does the subscription work?
- You choose a plan (1 or 2 computers) and a billing interval (monthly, quarterly or yearly). The licence stays active during the paid period and renews automatically. You can cancel according to the terms shown.
- Do prices include VAT?
- No. All prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable VAT is calculated and displayed before payment is confirmed.
- I need an invoice with a VAT number.
- On the subscription page, tick « Professional purchase (B2B) » and enter your VAT number. The invoice is generated automatically.
- I am changing computer — what should I do?
- Contact support with your licence key. We will deactivate the old computer to free up a slot.
- Does the tool work for all JustOnWeb case files?
- Only for documents for which printing is authorised by FPS Justice. If a document is not printable, it will not be exported.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. You can cancel your subscription according to the terms shown; the licence stays active until the end of the period already paid.
- If new documents are added to the case later, do I have to re-download everything?
- No. Simply re-run the export to the same destination folder: the tool recognises documents already present and fetches only the new ones, automatically and without duplicates.
