- What is the difference between Solo and Pro?
- The Solo plan activates the application on 1 computer. The Pro plan allows you to use the same licence on 2 computers simultaneously (e.g. office PC + laptop).
- Is there an annual subscription?
- No. One-time and definitive payment. No renewal, no subscription.
- I need an invoice with a VAT number.
- On the purchase page, tick "Professional purchase (B2B)" and enter your VAT number. Your details are recorded for invoicing.
- I am changing computer β what should I do?
- Contact support with your licence key. We will deactivate the old computer to free up a slot.
- Does the tool work for all JustOnWeb case files?
- Only for documents for which printing is authorised by FPS Justice. If a document is not printable, it will not be exported.
- Refund policy?
- If the application does not work on your configuration despite our assistance, a refund is possible within 14 days. Contact support.
- If new documents are added to the case later, do I have to re-download everything?
- No. Simply re-run the export to the same destination folder: the tool recognises documents already present and fetches only the new ones, automatically and without duplicates.
- Can I pause the export?
- Yes. A floating control panel lets you pause and then resume the export, or stop it. On restart, documents already exported are detected and skipped.
- Why is there a "~number" at the end of file names?
- It is the document's unique identifier on JustOnWeb. It guarantees that no file overwrites another, even with identical names β without (2) or (3) suffixes.
